Delete account and data

Decora asks for no email and no password: each install gets an anonymous identity. The fastest and most complete way to erase everything is therefore from inside the app itself.

From the app (recommended)

Open Decora and go to Profile → "Delete account and data". Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

What is deleted

The account's anonymous identity;
All projects and conversation history;
The photos you uploaded and the generated images, removed from storage;
Generation history and subscription records.

What is kept, and why

If you reported an image generated by the app, the record of that report (its text and a reference to the image) is kept, because it is used to investigate misuse of the service. It is not used for any other purpose.

Payment records required by tax obligations are held by the store (Google Play or the App Store), not by Decora — those requests must go to the store.

If you already uninstalled the app

Write to erickfeijo@gmail.com with the subject "Account deletion". Because the account is anonymous, include the identifier the app shows under Profile, if you still have access to it — without it there is no way to tell which data is yours. We reply within 30 days.
